Duxford IWM is the most impressive museum I´ve ever seen. Went there with my dad before he passed away. He´s from 1925 so he lived very consciously through WW 2 in Belgium. Was great for him to see the planes who brought back so much memories for him. He saw a lot of them who were shot down.

Nice trip across the harbour. Funny that you mention no duty free. Reminds me of the 1987 general election and the 657 Party had a candidate for the Portsmouth south seat. Part of their manifesto was to make the Gosport ferry "Duty Free". They didn't win the seat but it would have been interesting if they had. Ha ha.

i went here last august with my family and two family friends and it was AWESOME!! there was enough space for everyone and the pool was so much fun, it was big, and there was lots to do at the resort

Here in continental Europe, most of the single-track funiculars with a crossing loop placed midway are equipped with pointless switches of the type devised by the Swiss engineer Abt. In my city, Genoa, there is also a rack railway equipped with Abt-type switches, probably the only case in the world.
